Conwy to Conway - Running Across Ireland

In October 2019 I decided to run from Conwy Castle in North Wales to Castle Conway on the west of Ireland. My wife, son and dog were my support crew. It took me 11 days to run the 280 odd miles. Dissappointly on arrival at Castle Conway I was to discover that there was nothing left but a ruined wall making up part of a pub's beer garden. Oh well. It was a fun run anyway and a great way to spend two weeks with my family.
