I make a living doing hard things and helping others do the same.
I’m Sean Conway, an endurance athlete, speaker and coach known for world first and world record challenges including swimming the length of Britain and completing 105 Iron distance triathlons in 105 days.
Through those experiences I’ve learned how to sustain high performance over long periods without breaking physically or mentally. Today I share those principles to help individuals and organisations pursue ambitious goals with resilience, structure and longevity.
