WHAT IS IT
The 3 Day 140.6 is a full iron distance triathlon completed over three days.
Day 1 – 3.8km swim
Day 2 – 180km bike
Day 3 – 42.2km run
Same distance. Same discipline.
Just spread across three days.
THE GLOBAL WEEKEND
This challenge can be done at any time of the year but the mass event starts on the 2nd October 2026
