First to swim the length of Britain

Year: 2013
Duration: 135 days
Distance: 900 miles
Swimming the length of Britain was a challenge that many thought impossible. I disagreed and spent 4.5 months at sea proving it could be done. I grew my beard to shield myself against jellyfish. True story.

World's longest triathlon

Year: 2016
Duration: 85 days
Distance: 4200 miles
On the 1st April 2016 I set of on a 4200 mile triathlon around the coast of Great Britain. It was the toughest 85 days of my life as I attempted the entire feat completely self supported.

Fastest to cycle across Europe

Year: 2018
Duration: 24 days, 18 hours, 39 minutes
Distance: 3980 miles
After a failed first attempt I eventually succeeded in cycling the 3890 mile route from Portugal to Russia in 24 days, 18 hours and 39 minutes.

Most full iron triathlons in a row

Year: 2023
Duration: 105 days
Distance: 14,763 miles
Swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles, run 26.2 miles, then repeat, for 105 days solid. No rest days. By far the hardest thing I have ever done.
